An in-universe magical girl series from Ore no Imouto. It is apparently targeted towards girls, but many male otaku and Kirino love the series due to how adorable the main heroine is.

It seems to be inspired by the Precure series and Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha; the former is noted as being a real life example of a magical girl series that aimed to attract male audience members alongside the standard female target audience for magical girls. Meruru is voiced by Nanoha's voice actress, Tamura Yukari, and Meruru's attacks are reminiscent of Nanoha's.
