oh look its Shard who i haven't drawn in ages:') i really wanted to do some oviposition/egg pregnancy related stuff and Shard is sort of perfect for that cause ofc she's a dragon:3
plus this character has a bit of a backstory and i wanna write about that too so here it is~

Shard was a dragon-like character that i created back in 2012, when i created a side account for vore/belly expansions because i wasn't sure anyone on my main account would like that, maybe a few people tho. i used to draw vore things for my friends who were into it when i first started dA but i then decided to have this secret account so i could fully express my imagination and my fetishes back then.

so i made the account, it was called xx-vore-xx or something, and I created Shard, who was a little bit different than what i'd usually make in a fursona:> she had a black/minty green/pale blue colour scheme and i'd say she sorta resembled a snake sometimes as well. she was also very glow inspired and a bit magic inspired. which you can hopefully see here in the drawing where there is a blue 'glow' on her bump and her boobs. tbh i think i made her some sorta glow in the dark character as well like, wouldn't surprise me lmao. but yeah.
there was also one feature that i gave shard that i absolutely loved the idea of as well, and that was the fact that whenever she was pregnant, once her bump got to a certain point [lets say second or third trimester, depending on how many eggs are in there or how big :p ] her skin would become a bit opaque, and you could faintly see her eggs through her skin, which you can see in this drawing aswell~ :3

i also had an idea of a backstory for her too which was that she was v fit and healthy and fertile, and was used for breeding at some dragon farm because of her genetics, she would constantly be pregnant and would put up a fight every time as she didn't want to let go of her eggs and know her offspring is being sold for all the wrong reasons. although back then she wouldn't produce many eggs as she hated it at the farm and it had its effects on her body.
she didn't want to keep seeing her eggs get taken away from her at the farm and she soon realised she wouldn't find what she wanted in life at the breeding farm, and eventually escaped and ran away so far that she couldn't possibly be found by the farm again. soon after, she found her mate and they fell in love and ofc she got pregnant by him, but him being a slightly different type of dragon to her, it meant that her pregnancy would be different as well. she was a smaller than average dragon, she was used to just average pregnancies, giving birth to 3 or 4 eggs each time. but this was different. her body would now produce 7 to 10 larger than usual eggs, where her first trimester looked like her second, and her stomach feeling so tight and heavy with her mate's eggs that it would exhaust her to even walk around. she loved the feeling though, knowing that her mate's babies were growing inside her, it made her not care at all about the pain and exhaustion and it was all worth it to her. they'd spend many nights in bed together just watching the faint sight of their eggs through her belly and getting an idea of what their kids could look like and thinking about how they would take care of so many babies.

but yeah, i've had this character since 2012, it's always been a concept for whenever i started a fetish account, but i'd end up deleting the accounts out of shame anyway :'3 but hey im enjoying uploading to this one now so~

i hope ya'll liked that, i will probably be submitting more drawings of her eventually, and her mate too~
