If you want my honest answer, blacked has an actual porn company that pushes out content with lots of investment behind it and it's socially acceptable since it seems like the only form of interracial that exists to both porn and media companies is black men and white women. This is of course done because it was scandalous to white people in the past and therefore pervasively exciting to some and now it's considered progressive with much of its consumers being white men of center-left and progressive dispositions. It DOES actually still appeal to black men quite a bit, I think this is severely downplayed by people in a roundabout attempt to downplay certain criticisms against blacked.

I do remember seeing bits and pieces of the controversy when people started making Bleached as a parody and then as a homebrewed "brand" of porn appealing to white men. People simply dismissed it as "it's racist you can't do that" and not even on anything like the Nazi fetishism stuff that people constantly try to make the "face" of Bleached as it were. For raceplay in general, it turns out race actually is something rather inherent and more important to one's identity than people think, so when people lavish attention on certain people based on something so intrinsic to them, it just hits that much deeper to some people.

Now that you mention it, I actually prefer to simply never mention any other race in my stories or anything and I prefer that in any Bleached content but that's mostly because I really hate NTR, so I like avoiding the possibility of anything turning into "my black boyfriend can't compare" by just never ever mentioning anyone else a vast majority of the time.
